Saul was present and did a great job helping me finance the vehicle. Made me feel like he was looking out for me and here to actually help me and not just take my money. Not sure how he did it but he did a great job getting me a good inrest rate. Tanner did a great job helping me find a car in my budget and that I liked. I feel as though he really wanted to help me find a car I wanted and not just sell me any car that was a piece of xxxx or expensive. Traveal was a good sales person I encountered that didn’t just try to sale me a car but actually helped me learn some new thing about trading in car. All in all I had a great experience and I’d recommend all three of these guys to anyone I know that needs a car. If I didn’t have tanner as my sales person I probably wouldn’t have bought a car today. More
Bait and switch bandits On December 18 2017 I went to buy a vehicle for a very good price I found on line from David Stanley Chevrolet. The used car sales person named Cory On December 18 2017 I went to buy a vehicle for a very good price I found on line from David Stanley Chevrolet. The used car sales person named Cory at the time told me what I saw in the pictures on the David Stanley Web site were accurate. I asked for more pictures. The rep sent me a couple of older ones from the Tulsa site Cory said the vehicle was stored at. I asked for a walk around on video or live Skype. I was denied as the car was store off site. I asked to have someone at the offsite to do it and I was told no one was available. Based on the pictures I was sent, I flew 900 miles at $400.00 dollars one-way air fare to buy what I thought was a great deal in which turned out to be a night mare. When I saw the vehicle I almost fell over in disgust. Not only did I find out the car was stolen but according my sales rep parts were taken off and used on other "like" vehicles while it was in storage. I asked Cory to install new parts he said they would not. I said this does not represent the picture he sent me nor the David Stanley website portrayed. I declined the car and the rep called me a jerk. I still have it on my cell phone if anyone wants to see it. Needless to say, I had to use my family Christmas funds to get back home that day and gravel to 3 airlines to send me home. Delta felt bad for me and gave me a $400.00-dollar ticket. I ended up switching planes in Atlanta. Guess what happened in Atlanta? You guessed it the power outage. $800.00 dollars and $100.00 dollars for food, 16 hours traveling and 4 planes later I made it home. I asked David Stanley Chevrolet to give my money back in good faith. I was denied that to. DON'T BUY FROM THESE SHYSTERS. I am not letting this go. More

Last year we bought a 2016 camaro, no down, no trade, and credit score in the low 6's. We went in for a pickup truck. We could not get the financing for it. They offered the car instead and the dealer said, "Take this car, make the payments for a year, and come back and we can finance you for anything on this lot." Ok cool. We agreed that we would stepping stone our way into a truck. That was January 2, 2017. Fast forward to January 1st 2018. Wanting to take advantage of the employee pricing we went up there. My wife had an eye on a Traverse. It was $10,000 more than the Camaro new we figured this will work in our budget. Our dealer was Jarrod Roof. He and another associate from there took all of our information down. Took the info on our trades and said that one of our trades, a 2008 Hyundai, had major damage reported on car fax. They said the traverse will not cover the upside down on both trades and recommended a truck. Since my wife was on the fence about traverse or truck we said sure. They worked it and came to us with 7500 down and 1500 a month payments. We countered, after it was all said and done the deal that was agreed upon was 1045 a month with $800 down. They were all excited that the deal was accepted. We went back to finance and the price went up to 1100 and change per month. We still accepted now thinking we need out of that Hyundai. Deal was set and we went home. Yesterday, a week later, I get a text from Jarrod Roof about how financing is having trouble getting the bank to approve the deal and wanting us to come in to try to work something out. I'm heated. Apparently they did not have the deal finalized and we were forced to do a walk of shame cause they could mot hold up the deal they agreed upon. They did not have the banks approval of that deal and treated it like a sale anyways. Shady business tactics if you ask me. The damage done is our credit score lowered by the appempts to pull our credit, the late fees we are going to pay on the two trade in cars that we did not pay this month, and if they dont refund our down payment within a week our credit gets hurt again because our payment for the 2 cars we were trading was our down payment those will be reported as late. I will never deal with David Stanley again. They will never get another dime of my money. I hope this helps future customers to watchout for tactics like this. More

Drove over 1400 miles to purchase and then found the damage ourselves. NO compensation was offered for our trip, gas, etc. based on their description of the vehicle. Also, days later, this truck is still listed on Auto Trader with the wrong mileage (318) and no mention of hail damage! Unbelieveable! More

When the time came for my o I bought a2016 crew cab and have been a faithful customer. Oil changes, etc. Was given a voucher for a free oil change. When the time came for my oil change. (According to my truck) I make an appointment. Go to print the voucher to find out it's expired. So I call to find out if there is something they can do to honor the voucher. Even talked to the service manager. I explained that I had just received a oil change when they gave me the voucher and that my truck was just now ready for oil change. Also let her know that I've bought 2 new vehicles in the last 4 years. Isn't there anything you can do. She said no sorry, have a blessed day. Anyway I should have paid attention to the expiration date. But with that being said. I also feel like as a manager Nicole could of done something. I'll make my next purchase from another Dealership. Thanks for your hospitality David Stanley.. all the interactions my wife and I have had with David Stanley Chevrolet have proved the employees do not understand the number one rule of sales of a product and service is to provide excellent customer service in order to earn future business from their customers. I cannot in good conscience recommend David Stanley Chevrolet to anyone.just wanted to add that everyone that works there is nice and polite. But as a service manager I feel Nicole could of done more. Even if she offered a10% discount. That to me would of been a attempt at customer satisfaction. She was really rude and lacks in customer service satisfaction. Thanks Jim.. More

The service center is unable to fix the issues I am having with the vehicle as it is 'SCA'(South Comfort Accessory) problem and not Chevys. So my vehicle still flashes random lights and bells while I drive and I have no interior floor board lights, as the service department at David Stanley disconnected them, stating they were part of the problem. I went in the first time to get oil change, and the service dept confirmed the "free oil change for life" The 2nd change went smooth, but when I went in for the 3rd, I was told that there is no such thing as oil changes for life! WTH! I have already filed a complaint with the BBB, the Oklahoma Attorney General and with GM. Apparently there are several people out there that have experienced the same scam! I will be filing a lawsuit if this is not fixed! I have 2 recordings of the employees saying I had the service and I have the contract.... More

He did everything he could to help find him the perfect truck. He stopped and listen to us both and only had to show us one truck. The truck had everything we were looking for. Financing with Saul was are next step. It couldn't have been more amazing. After signing papers the next day Saul called and said he shopped a few other banks and found me a better APR. And saved us thousands. I couldn't ask for anything better. Thank you guys and MERRY CHRISTMAS!! More
