Tires for life scam. Bought a truck in 2013 was told we would have tires for life. Took truck in to have recalls and oil changes, and tire rotations at I 240 when they had Bought a truck in 2013 was told we would have tires for life. So rather than wait 6 weeks I would take it too another dealer to have these done. My thought I'm taking care of the vehicle. Wrong, I was told recently when it came time for tires to be replaced they backed out because they didn't get to do all the service on vehicle. Funny thing was the truck was in their shop to fix several recalls, oil change, and tires if honored. They did one recall, ordered a part for another recall, and called said truck wad ready. Go to window with advisor and he's telling me what all they did, I stopped him and ask so you didn't change the oil, he said no, I said why. He says I'm not sure why, he gets the serviette manager over there and I preceded to ask him why are you denying me for the tires when you can't even do what your supposed to do in the first place. He goes well ill do this, we can go 50/50 on the tires today to get you back on track with the program, and do an oil change. I said no you should have all ready done the oil change, and honored the tires program. Needless to say I left the dealership with utter regret of ever doing business with them. I've recently seen a commercial for David Stanley talking about No Hassle No Pain!! Actually there is Hassle And Pain. $630.00 out of pocket for unexpected expenses. That's a huge hassle and pain. Word to whoever reads this, don't go here to buy a vehicle, find another dealer. More

Awesome Experience We had an awesome experience at David Stanley. I contacted them via their website and they immediately called me to discuss what I was looking for. They sent me pics and set up a time for me to see the vehicle that day. We arrived at the dealership and the car was ready to test drive. After we test drove it we set down and made the deal. We didn't have to go back and forth as we told them exactly what we would do. They were kind, treated us with respect and made the experience very enjoyable as it is something I do not usually look forward to. Classic bait and switch If I could give "0" stars I would. David Stanley in OKC failed to honor the price listed on the their own website. I drove 2 hours to see the 2012 Charger they currently have on your page for $24,250 and they wouldn't sell it to me for less than $25,350. I even explained this to them and they decided to "stick to the price you were quoted" ($1100 OVER the price anyone could buy it from them!) per Kevin Byrd on the phone. To be fair, he was the best to deal with during the entire encounter. They will say I offered less and I did, but they never offered below $1100 OVER the price I was given before taking a trip to their store. I feel lied to, disrespected, cheated and completely discounted. This is what gives "used car salesman" such a negative connotation. Very disappointed! So, use them if you want the bait and switch treatment, otherwise buy from someone else! More

Chris B helpped me with the purchased, test drive, paper works, etc. Chris even came in the next day on his day off to help me with a purchase and the delivered of a new car. Nice young man. Dangerous vehicles Beware of the location on i240. The used side sends bad cars out. Unless your buying a new car they could give a care less about what you leave in. Let my wife drive off the lot on two bad tires saying they were fine. Replaced 2 days later with sidewall damage and going flat every 6 hours only to be told it wasnt thier responsibility. Called in a couple days later (car needed warranty work) to be told i need to look at a different vehicle and had to up my payment even more basically being told i dont have a choice." Buy this car or pay for one you cant drive. We are helping you and dont have to do this" still waiting to be refunded for tires on the car that was deemed "unsellable". So if you want a new car they will treat you great. But id you are going used id look elsewhere if i were you. They were happy to take my down payment out in 24 hours but cant get me a check for a pair of tires for over 3 weeks now. I typically would be a loyal customer and go back to a place im familiar with. Once im done paying this car off ill be taking my business elsewhere to people who actually care a bit about what they are selling. More

Couldn't get there the day so they help the car over the weekend for me, I drove 70 miles to the dealership and there was NO HASSLES. Very friendly employees! I was only there for around 2 hours, I have terrible credit and they got me a great short term deal with a very low interest rate. I love my trailblazer SS! More
