Bad Sales Experience I purchased a used car with the understanding that they were to fix a dent (which was in writing). I was told from the car salesman that he did not kn I purchased a used car with the understanding that they were to fix a dent (which was in writing). I was told from the car salesman that he did not know what I was suppose to do to get it fixed but to "trust him" and he would find out and call me with the details. I never heard anything from him. I came back up to the dealership the next week and no one could find him. The financial person told me the salesman had to set it up. I talked to the service department and they told me the salesperson had to set it up. I left several messages for him to call me. He never did. Finally after several calls and messages I asked to talk to the manager and he told me the sales person no longer worked there. He also told me that I should have had it fixed within 30 days....which I repeatedly tried to. The manager Jordan then said he would have to talk to his manager and find out what they were willing to do. I was put on hold for 30mins until it ringed back to the receptionist. She left messages for him to call me back but he never did. I called back the next day but was put into Jordan's voice mail again with no response. Now here it is 8 months later and I still don't have what was promised to me! More
