The Best Car Experience! I walked into this location feeling down, I just thought to take a chance and it was going to be some bs...I assumed the worse because I wasnt receivi I walked into this location feeling down, I just thought to take a chance and it was going to be some bs...I assumed the worse because I wasnt receiving good feedback from other dealerships in the area so I thought the same here..but I was totally wrong. From the moment I walked in a sales member listened to exactly what I said, he wasnt pushy or forceful, he actually listened to me and help me making the biggest decision ever as a first time car buyer. I thought being a woman going in by myself I would be treated differently, but what I thought was wrong. Alex was so helpful and patient with me. He really made me feel confortable. Also Mike in finance was very helpful and patient! He answered lots of my questions and he also didnt rush me. Both team members were helpful and made my experience top notch the best! Car Buying Experience Kaleb and Kevin Byrd were very easy to work with. The first gentleman we worked with in Finance was not friendly or easy to work with. Bad Sales Experience I purchased a used car with the understanding that they were to fix a dent (which was in writing). I was told from the car salesman that he did not kn I purchased a used car with the understanding that they were to fix a dent (which was in writing). I was told from the car salesman that he did not know what I was suppose to do to get it fixed but to "trust him" and he would find out and call me with the details. I never heard anything from him. I came back up to the dealership the next week and no one could find him. The financial person told me the salesman had to set it up. I talked to the service department and they told me the salesperson had to set it up. I left several messages for him to call me. He never did. Finally after several calls and messages I asked to talk to the manager and he told me the sales person no longer worked there. He also told me that I should have had it fixed within 30 days....which I repeatedly tried to. The manager Jordan then said he would have to talk to his manager and find out what they were willing to do. I was put on hold for 30mins until it ringed back to the receptionist. She left messages for him to call me back but he never did. I called back the next day but was put into Jordan's voice mail again with no response. Now here it is 8 months later and I still don't have what was promised to me! More
