The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars was that once we had decided on the vehicle we wanted to purchase, there was quite a bottleneck to get back to speak to finance. There were people ahead of us waiting 2 hours to finalize their purchase. I told Derrick we would wait 20 minutes or it was no deal, so he managed to get us back immediately and we were out the door 10 minutes later. So...Derrick was awesome, Ryan Wooten in finance was awesome, but management needs to anticipate busy days and staff their finance department accordingly. More
