Worst experience of all time. I do not feel as though this dealership deserves any stars whatsoever. We went to this dealership to buy a car for my mother in law. We were talked in I do not feel as though this dealership deserves any stars whatsoever. We went to this dealership to buy a car for my mother in law. We were talked into a particular car that seemed like a great deal--very few miles (less than 8k) and within our price range (as promised by the salesman). It was later in the afternoon and a storm was Rolling in, so we were going to have to come back the next day to complete the deal. The salesman promised to place the car in a garage of sorts to protect from the impeding hailstorm. When we returned the next day, the car had hail damage. The new salesman (our original was off the next day) refused to fix the hail damage. He was also quite rude. His name was Sean/Shawn (sp?) and he refused to honor the deal that the other salesman had promised the day before (the deal we agreed upon). He kept trying to twist things that were said, and when we asked several times for his "promises" in writing, he acted like he had no clue what we were talking about....he just kept trying to give us the run around. We finally made a deal and drove off the lot....and as we got onto the interstate, we heard the loudest noise from the bumper Area. Turns out, a bracket or something was missing and half of the bumper was trying to fall off. I immediately call the manager, and was Told to bring the car in the next day and it would be fixed and taken care of. We drove up there the next day and was told that they only do body work on Tuesdays, and that we would have to take the car home and bring it back. At this point, there's almost no way we can drive above 35-40 mph without the bumper trying to fall off, and it's nearly impossible to get back to our home in Yukon without driving faster than that. Their solution? Zip tie the bumper to the frame. Then they had me speak to yet another manager, Jeremy. This guy was by far the worst salesman I have ever dealt with. Rude, condescending, inappropriate, with the absolute worst customer service I've ever witnessed. I'm not sure how he is a manager in any business, much less the service industry, and from others I've talked with who have had experiences at both this dealership and the one in Norman (where he came from) his horrible reputation precedes him. When they picked up the car to be fixed the next week, they refused to bring it back. 30 minutes before my daughter was to be picked up from school, I call to inquire about the car. I was told that instead of a simple bracket replacement (as we were told by the dealership was all that was needed), the entire bumper would need to be replaced and it would be our responsibility. Then he tried to say that we hadn't paid for the car. Well, what he failed to realize is that since we provide our own financing, our bank had already sent over drafting instructions, but these guys had no clue what to do with it, since the finance department fails to communicate with the sales department. Jeremy even had the audacity to bad mouth me to my husband when my husband went there to let them know they could just keep the car and forget the whole deal. All in all, a horrible experience, horrible salesmen, horrible (or no) customer service, horrible dealership. You will be much better off visiting another dealership!!! We are thankful we found another dealership that was much more professional to do our business with, and ended up buying both a gently used vehicle for my MIL, and a new car for ourselves! Buyers, beware of this dealership!!!! More
