Terrible treatment from sales manager known as big G. My salesman was frank and he was excellent. I was trading a 2010 dodge Clanger RT fully loaded and paid off with only 24350 miles, the corvette I was My salesman was frank and he was excellent. I was trading a 2010 dodge Clanger RT fully loaded and paid off with only 24350 miles, the corvette I was dealing for showed an Internet price of 59,000, I offered 35000 and my car, after 2 hours of waiting the sales manager known as big G came in told Frank to get out of his chair that he had something to tell me I wasn't going to like. He proceeded to tell me in a harsh billing voice pointing at his paper that this was how it was going down. He wanted 40000 plus my car and told me he would not honor the Internet price of 59300 because he had to make money of his corvettes to help with charity. I'm a soon to be 69 year old disabled Veteran and this man was the most arrogant person I've ever meant. I cussed him out flipped him off and he charged out of the building towards me with you don't know who I am well yes I do he is Unfit to be a Sales Manager!!! More

David Stanely chevrolet Worst dealership in the world! Very unprofessional and disrespectful!!! I discussed price over the phone and talked to 3 different people before I made the 2 1/2 hour drive. Once we Very unprofessional and disrespectful!!! I discussed price over the phone and talked to 3 different people before I made the 2 1/2 hour drive. Once we got there all of a sudden the car was 5k more then what we talked about and are trade in was worth 3k less even after sending pictures, we were there for 8 hours negotiating price which was ridiculous and after the 4 pushy salesman pushing there finance on us over and over again after the 30th time we gave in. We were tierd and ready to drive home! The next day I noticed a scratch on the rear bumper and the floor mats gone so after an entire week of calling and leaving voicemails we never got a return phone call back till magically a guy named Allen Hanes called a week later about our experience and I told him very politely that we were unhappy and explained to him about the rear bumper and and his response was well if you lived in Oklahoma than are paint guy can fix it but since I live so far away there was nothing they could do sorry about your luck and the floor mats had to be ordered and then will be shipped. Fine I said and I just put touch up paint on the bumper something I should not have to do considering it was a brand new tahoe, then we had a questions about the finance paper work that we signed and tried to call all that work and left numerous phone calls for financing and several messages never recieved a call back. Then magically once again I get a call saying the form we signed was not correct for Kansas and we need to sign and fax back amazing how when they need something from you they want you to drop everything and I can't even get a simple phone call back this is the end of week two. On the 3rd week still no title and the pay off was still not sent and was past the 10 day mark! Yup you guessed it had an electronic car payment came out on a car that I didn't even own!!!! So I called the dealership once again and talked to a lady name Gina in finance and assured me that that day "Monday" they would overnight the payoff to my bank and I asked her what happened to the floor mats and she told me that they wouldn't be sent out till the entire transactions was finished! How crazy is that when I just bought a 42k dollar vehicle and they are worried about $100 worth of floor mats that should have been In the freakin car to begin with!!!! Then she threatened me and I quote "we will only send you the floor mats if I leave positive feedback" xxx??? I paid for a car that should of had them!!!! Now it's Wednesday night and I called my bank and again still no pay off has been sent and I'm getting worried because my 30 day tag expires next Tuesday! So I called the dealership again and asked for Gina and was put on hold for at least 20 minutes, then when she answered I told her my name and she asked if I bought new or used and I said new then she hung up the phone on me!!! So I thought it was a mistake but I was wrong I called back and after another fifteen minutes she answered the phone found out who I was and began to yell at me for no reason at all with the biggest attitude I have ever heard!! And let me remind you that I have been very patient through this whole process and when I told her she didn't need to have an attitude with me she hung up the phone again!!!!! xxx this dealership is a joke!! I have never been so disrespected in my life! I sure am glade I live in Kansas! Because people don't treat you like that where I'm from. So now that im leaving negative feedback, I guess I can kiss those floor mats goodbye!!!! These people are twisted! Oh and don't think your going to get a good deal on a vehicle because the price you see is with all rebates included and you probably won't qualify for half of them and they fail to mention that to anyone Just to get them in the door! Now it is the 17th the day are tag expires so I go to the tag office no big deal was busy as usual and I waited for 1.5 hours and when my number was called I went up there and she said "I'm sorry sir but there is a problem with the title" what! Not another problem!!! They failed to sign the odometer dicloser and fill it out! So the lady at the tag office called the dealership and talked to a lady named Kennedy and told Her that she had a costumer waiting "me" and will fax over a paper to sign and fill out the odometer so the lady at the tag office faxed it and I waited and waited and after an hour the tag office called Kennedy back and faxed it again so I waited and still no fax so the lady at the tag office called again and sill no fax! After the fourth time the lady at the tag office was pissed and called Kennedy back and finally after being at the tag office for 5 hours she finally faxed the paper over and I could finish my paper work and get out of there. that was probably the icing on the cake and a fight till the very finish and should have never taken that long it's almost like this dealership has a bunch of employees that walk around like its a party house with the music blaring and have no idea what they are doing. So now today is the 18th and our bank "State Farm bank" tryes to call the dealership to get the gap insurance straighted out and 2 times she was put on hold and then hung up on! I can't believe that after all the crap that happened to us they do the same crap to our insurance lady at State Farm bank! I'm at a loss for words I just can't believe its happening all over again. I will say that after a full month of the floor mats being on order Allen Hanes finally called me today and said thy came in and will be shipped out. So we will see if that ever happens. On one positive note after talking to 20 different people through this whole process I finally got ahold of a guy named Dale Anthony and has offered to cut me a check for the rear bumper repair.... I hope this is true and not just another lie. Although he has apologized to me numerous times and I think it was sincere only time will tell. Update 2-19-15 came home today and the floor mats are here I can't believe my eyes 2-20-15 got a call from Allen Hanes and was told that they absolutely Will not cut me a check for the bumper repairs per the owner of the dealership! Are you kidding me that is a brand new car from your dealership and it happened while your service manager was driving the freaking car! Then later I recieve a call and was told if you leave positive feedback on the GM review then we will cut you a check for the bumper repairs.....WHAT!...... Uhhhh.... I think they are trying to manipulate me! Update I decided to wait a couple weeks for this so called GM review and never saw it so I decided to call GM my self and ask about this review and it turns out that not every costumer receives this review form! WHAT! So You mean to tell me that I was never going to recieve a check for the rear bumper repair and they are just blowing me off so I will quit calling and emailing them and maybe I will just forget about it??? So I emailed Dale Anthony on Monday and no response so I emailed him again on Tuesday and still no response. Hmmmm I wonder why the guy that promised me a check and gave me his word is now ignoring my emails! So now I'm stuck with a scratched bumper and will cost me more in lawyer fees than it will to just fix it myself I guess this is the end of my horrible experience and to all of you new car buyers out there please beware of this place and I highly recomend that you buy elsewhere! Thank you David Stanley chevrolet for almost giving me a STROKE during this car buying experience! More
