I appreciated the business. My truck was undrivable and needed to get to work, I looked around and found a few places that pre approved me for vehicles. I chose this pace and ONLY because of Brayden being so helpful and running back and forth for me to get me in a vehicle, he really went above and beyond, now I can get to work and not get fired since I'm under contract and cannot miss a day of work and it's 6/7 days a week. Service is decent. A little lengthy on time for an oil change and tire rotation but nothing horrible. The frustrating thing is anything outside of an oil change or tire rotation there is a 72 hour diagnostic delay. I tried to even set up an appt for a month out and was told there will still be a 72 hour delay. If I was to schedule 6 months out it’s the same delay. Makes 0 sense to me but I have found a new dealership that can handle the services besides the basics in a timely manner. More
