I had my car towed and never got a call when it was dropped off from the dealership that it had arrived. And I had it scheduled to be dropped off. When they diagnosed my car they started ordering parts dropped off from the dealership that it had arrived. And I had it scheduled to be dropped off. When they diagnosed my car they started ordering parts and working on it without contacting me what the problem was. Communication is just horrible!! I wish I didn’t get my car their in the first place.. when the manager told me I wasn’t going to be able to AFFORD my car I should of just left the lot without the blazer I got and CAN AFFORD !! More

Have dealer tire replacement for life. My Equinox has 72000 miles and dealer will not replace tires need more tread wear.
