The person that greeted me when I pulled in the service door was rude about the services I scheduled telling me I didnt need them and it wasn't possible for the brakes to be done that day. I told her the app let me schedule it which is not my fault. She asked if I even wanted to stay in the engines and tires for life program because she was apparently put out by having to do those services as well. My car and app said I needed brakes she told me that was wrong and it was going to cost me $150 to find out why. More

My son's rear-end went out in his truck and we had it towed to David Stanley for repairs. It was there for 4 days before it was looked at but once they were able to find the issues and order parts, it wa towed to David Stanley for repairs. It was there for 4 days before it was looked at but once they were able to find the issues and order parts, it was fixed in a timely manner. Overall, it was there almost 2 weeks. Advisor Patricia Cowan was rude and unhelpful. Something happened to my signal lights and I’m blamed for it while it was in their shop being worked on.
