I had a great experience with Ricky and Ronnie! ! I took my Chrysler Pacifica in this summer because of transmission issues, acting funny, bunch of warning lights came on. Appointments at other dea ! I took my Chrysler Pacifica in this summer because of transmission issues, acting funny, bunch of warning lights came on. Appointments at other dealers were months out, they got me in within the week. Pulled codes, found out I needed a whole new transmission. Luckily, it was still under warranty with Chrysler. Ronnie and Ricky were awesome explaining everything to me. I don't understand cars at all. Both patient and helpful! It took almost 2 months waiting on transmission from Chrysler but that was not issue with dealership. In fact, Ronnie helped me get a rental at no charge through Chrysler for most of the time I was without my van. I have 2 kids in car seats and this was great! I never expected all of that great customer service from a car dealership. Crystal was great too. Ask for Ricky or Ronnie if you need work done! Oh and the awesome train car you can walk through, my 5 year old loved it!!! More
