I would like to try this service center again as they really seem to be trying. However, I'm not sure. Between the 2 service appointments there were several missteps/misunderstandings and tension between my husband and I. I spoke to Ricky after we had our Dodge Dakota in for service because there were other concerns. He was excellent to work with and showed he was genuinely concerned and valued our business. A week later we had the Sonata in for service and experienced the issue mentioned in the first part of this review. So, I'm not sure if we'll be back; we'll have to wait and see. More
