Maintenance customer service I contacted the service department to schedule an appointment to bring my 2015 Wrangler JKU in for them to look into a few potential concerns. The cus I contacted the service department to schedule an appointment to bring my 2015 Wrangler JKU in for them to look into a few potential concerns. The customer service was amazing! Based on our discussion of my issues they reserved a loaner vehicle (not a jeep, but it was still nice!) for me before I got there. Then when I got there the team was extremely nice and took every symptom I provided for their technician to be able to do his job. I was impressed at the level of depth they went to to diagnose the problems. The jeep was in the shop for a few days and I received an update call every day from Jennifer who presented knowledge information and was pleasant to talk to. Same good experience when the jeep was done and I arrived to pick it up! More

Bad Service and wrong diag Took my Jeep in to have some issues looked at - There was a transmission issue - told would cost 1900 to fix. Took to another dealer - $200 for filter that was blown and new fluid. Was also the wrong fluid in the transmission that caused the issue - Only place I have taken it was this dealer. Even though this was some time back, this place is the best I have ever dealt with. They go above and beyond what they should do,and the attention they pay to detail is 5 stars! On our way to a funeral in New Mexico when the van broke down just outside of St. Louis. Oliver C. Joseph said the cost to fix the air conditioner Compressor clutch was 1123.98. We pointed out there was an down just outside of St. Louis. Oliver C. Joseph said the cost to fix the air conditioner Compressor clutch was 1123.98. We pointed out there was an extended warranty on the AC, they said yes but not on this. We asked them to look it over as well. After getting the vehicle back they told us they performed a 26 point courtesy inspection on all of our fluids and brakes. But could not confirm whether or not they fixed the warranty part. A month and a half later our brakes start to fail and I take the van to Midas and we find out that the dealership put power steering fluid in our break fluid. This resulted in a 2300.00 fix, which the shop manager will not talk to me about. To top it all off my air conditioning stop working again- this time due to the warranty part that they never fixed nor checked. We are now 600 miles out of the warranty. So this will cost us another 950.00 to fix. (side note our dealership in Louisville said the compressor clutch failed because the warranty part was bad/leaking and needed to be replaced in the first place.) So Oliver C. Joseph has cost me a lot of money and I hope everyone will stay far far away from this place. We called the Chrysler Customer Care line and the dealership even lied to them on the date we were there, stating we were having our vehicle serviced back in 2009. (This started 4/28/2011) More
