The experience was great. Nick greeted me as I got out of the truck, took care of getting me checked in and explained everything well. The wait was good. I have an issue with something missing in my Jeep during service. I called customer service twice, and they never got back to me. As of Nov 7, dealer has not called me back to resolve anything.
