This dealer bought/took over the original dealer I bought my vehicle from. When I bought my vehicle, my vehicle had a Fixed for Life Guarantee. I brought my vehicle in to check out a leak in the radiator an my vehicle from. When I bought my vehicle, my vehicle had a Fixed for Life Guarantee. I brought my vehicle in to check out a leak in the radiator and check the check engine sensor. They kept the vehicle over night. They came up with over $6,000 in repairs, which included oil leaks. When I mentioned the Fixed for Life Guarantee, they said they contacted Chrysler about the warranty. This is not what I was telling them! I told them I would pick it up. I live 50 miles from the dealership. When I picked it up, the vehicle was very low on both water(from the radiator leak) and oil (from the oil leak). I checked it before I drove home. The technician tells me to be careful driving home but gives me a vehicle low on bought water and oil! I paid for the service call! They should have made sure that the water and oil was ok. More
