The service department has been great so far keeping me updated on my vehicle’s progress. Sadly after my first visit I had to take my vehicle back because I had a service light come on twenty minutes after updated on my vehicle’s progress. Sadly after my first visit I had to take my vehicle back because I had a service light come on twenty minutes after I left. They definitely resolved the issues I came in to have fixed however it is disheartening to have to bring my vehicle back right after I was told it had been fixed. Matt has been great and helpful getting my vehicle up and running again. I hope this they are able to resolve the issue quick. More

The service department is always great. They quickly and accurately diagnosed the issue with my 23 year old diesel truck and didn’t sell me unneeded repairs. What I thought was a bad throttle position sens accurately diagnosed the issue with my 23 year old diesel truck and didn’t sell me unneeded repairs. What I thought was a bad throttle position sensor turned out to be a simple software update needed. Rather than replacing parts that didn’t need replacement, David Taylor Ellisville identified the real issue and fixed it quickly for a fair price.
