My wife and I can't praise Mike Gebken and the Technician Dave (I don't know his last name) for giving us some of the best customer service we have ever received, period. We were on vacation for the Lab Dave (I don't know his last name) for giving us some of the best customer service we have ever received, period. We were on vacation for the Labor Day weekend, camping at Babler State Park. We arrived Thursday late and while we were finding our campsite our truck, 2008 Dodge 2500 with the 6.7L Cummins, gave a warning on the upper center display that read that the DPF filter was 90% full. This was very concerning as we had just drove from Kansas City to Babler SP pulling our camper, 3 hours. Friday morning I Googled for the closest Dodge Dealership and David Taylor was the closest. I called and talked to Mike. I gave him the info from the previous evening. He was honest about what that warning might indicate. He said he could have a tech look at it but with no guarantee that they could fix it in a short time frame, or if it needed parts whether they were in stock or available same day. I appreciated his honesty even though it was not working out in my favor. I brought my truck to the service dept shortly after our conversation. Mike had me pull my truck into the shop and immediately put the reader on it. Dave was right there analyzing the info from the reader. Dave said he wanted to do some further checking and put my truck in his bay. I got a courtesy ride back to the campsite (that was unexpected and much appreciated). Shortly after I got back to my camper Mike called me a told me what Dave had found: clogged EGR system. He went through the whole process of what was involved with that repair and that they could have my truck ready for me Saturday morning. Mike added that Dave was going to stay late to make sure my truck would be ready when he, Mike, promised. Both Mike and Dave were sympathetic to our situation of being out of town and needing to leave for home on the following Monday. Mike called me Saturday morning to come pick up my truck as it was ready as promised. And again got a courtesy ride from the campsite to the shop. My wife and I were thrilled that we were able to get our truck fixed and make it home without any delays. Mike and Dave made that happen. If we lived in the St. Louis area we would definitely use David Taylor Ellisville CDJR service dept again and again. Thanks, Jeff and Patty Hicks More

Called in and made an appointment a week prior. Showed up early to my appointment and there was no record of me having an appointment. They fit me in, no call to say my Jeep was finished. I left my wheel loc early to my appointment and there was no record of me having an appointment. They fit me in, no call to say my Jeep was finished. I left my wheel lock key in the cup holder. Assumed that’s where it would have been left. Couldn’t find it only to be told it was in the rear storage compartment. I had to call to follow up the next day even though I left my number. I’ll probably drive further for better service. More
