The value of the service did not match the cost. Your dealership charged me $92 for service that I can get at another Chrysler dealership for much less. Also, at other dealerships, they have given compli dealership charged me $92 for service that I can get at another Chrysler dealership for much less. Also, at other dealerships, they have given complimentary car washes with service. When we entered the department, no one was at the desk and it took me wandering around the service department to find someone. I don't know who i eventually worked with so the name I picked may not have been the actual person to get my rating. When I turned down the addition of having your service department install air and cabin filters, the guy looked pissed off. More

Clean, well organized, Matt was a friendly service writer. Honestly, I’ve driven my repaired vehicle a total of 20 miles. I can say it started and ran. That’s about all I can say at this point. Lots of places do good work. I can absolutely say Matt in service was friendly and I was offered a ride home after I dropped the vehicle off (which I didn’t need) I’m going to presume the hourly labor rate is in line with other dealers but I don’t know. I’m also going to presume that dealer hourly rates are the highest that are charged by any garage, shop or service center in any market for vehicle service. There really wasn’t any other customer service rendered or requested. Based on the little I have to go on, I don’t think I could give a strong recommend nor could I do the opposite. At this point I have nothing to be dissatisfied about. More
