I came to this dealership looking for a jeep wrangler. This was my first ever car purchase, so I was very apprehensive with dealing with sales people, because let’s face it, they have a horrible reputatio This was my first ever car purchase, so I was very apprehensive with dealing with sales people, because let’s face it, they have a horrible reputation. I however, had a very pleasant experience and that was because of my sales associate, Alex Birgenheier. He was friendly and very welcoming from the moment I stepped on the lot. Right away I felt like he was honest and upfront, which made me instantly comfortable. He spent a lot of time with me and he thoroughly listened to exactly what I wanted. Even though we couldn’t find some thing the first day, he worked on it over the weekend and by Monday morning he found me a vehicle that would work within my budget! Since then, I have had a few questions about my vehicle and he has followed in a very timely manner. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience and that is because of Alex. In the midst of a car shortage, Ted did an amazing job helping us find a vehicle. We were also satisfied with the person who helped us with financing. I’m not sure who the people are to the right as you walk into the building, but they don’t have any trouble laughing at customers while they are in the showroom. The day we purchased our Jeep, one of the guys said “I’ll be glad when I quit having to deal with that one guy.” Ted quickly said, “that’s him and his wife at the table.” There may not be many cars to choose from now, There will be in the future.
