Had the very distinct pleasure of meeting Matt A. on the dealership lot and he helped us test drive some lifted trucks. Once my wife and I decided those were not for us, I asked about two other trucks I'd dealership lot and he helped us test drive some lifted trucks. Once my wife and I decided those were not for us, I asked about two other trucks I'd picked out on their website.. Coincidentally, one was Matt's former, personal ride. I could not have been happier with that choice of a 2019 Ram, Longhorn Night edition. The bonus for me was knowing that a guy like Matt had taken care of it (along with the help of his better half). Another coincidence was the GSM turned out to be a family business friend, Tom F., and that took care of all the comfort factors necessary when dealing at a new car place. Everything went super smooth, from negotiating the deal (I always let my wife do that- she's a b*ll-breaker), to the paperwork, warranty add on, and last minute service (another thing to know is this place is a FACTORY when it comes to service- they have their own special area, regular and express service- and a great lady who answers the phone and either substantively helps you or routes you correctly. The phone in the sales lobby is a different story- but these guys are busy helping customers on the lot, not on the phone-- what does that mean? Hang up your phone and get your a** to this dealership for a great truck or car. Happy to say Matt A. and I are friends now, rally for the same team and he shared an amazing story with us about his son. Hope the son is feeling better! We know he is wiser.
