Brought my truck in for an oil leak after the service dept had completed an engine swap. Repairs to oil leak were performed. Drove truck home and leak still exists. Also having trouble with the check eng dept had completed an engine swap. Repairs to oil leak were performed. Drove truck home and leak still exists. Also having trouble with the check engine monitors resetting so that the service dept can perform an emissions test. I have brought the truck in twice for this and no progress. More

Had a key programed to my ram and they cut the key i didn't ask them to do and charged me $25. That was a surprise when i seen the extra charge for $25 on top of what they quoted and charged me to progr didn't ask them to do and charged me $25. So i had to make another trip back to the dealership. More

Everything was great. I was in a hurry to get back home after having a new baby and they got me out the door in about an hour. The experience on the whole did not dissappoint since we ended up with a great vehicle. The dealer and salesperson we worked with were eager to sell us a vehicle that very day and took into account our want ended up with a great vehicle. The sales process was transparent, however, the vehicle has some minor issues we were not informed of even though the vehicle was maintained by the dealership themselves for its lifetime. Amidst all of the COVID, the vehicle was well sanitised and cleaned. In the presence of costumers the staff were fairly diligent about wearing their masks. They have good vehicles, but do your research before going. More
