Where to start ......... Salesman I dealt with, Brian Binz, was very helpful and accommodating to his abilities. Traded in a perfectly fine car and got into an expensive SUV, took the risk knowing is Binz, was very helpful and accommodating to his abilities. Traded in a perfectly fine car and got into an expensive SUV, took the risk knowing issues that could possibly wrong with this SUV. Long story short, SUV was sitting at dealer for 2-3 months due to multiple unrelated undrivable issues in comparison to the carfax, dealer bought SUV back in for lower than what I paid for and I didn’t even put miles on it. Paperwork was handled with management and they got a 20 day payoff quote from my loan originator and what do you know, here we are 28+ days later, loan didn’t get paid off and I was on the hook for accrued interest and not to mention a ding to my credit score. I had to constantly micromanage this and call the dealership to verify everything was handled and they reassured me that it was. Fast forward to now, I had to call the general manager to get involved and he got everything taken of in that moment ... after 28+ days??? So their management team and accounting back office team needs some training because this is the most unprofessional way of handling things. Why do I have to call and get the ball rolling when I don’t even own the car anymore??? Advice to owner, retrain your team or hire new management. My father went to this dealer when it was royal gates and owned several jeeps. Will never buy a car from them again. Other than that sales agent I dealt with was very professional. More

I have an unusual story. I called Dodge to see if my van was a recall and they said it was and they sent a truck out and towed it to Dave Taylor dealership immediately. Then Dave Taylor told me that it was was a recall and they said it was and they sent a truck out and towed it to Dave Taylor dealership immediately. Then Dave Taylor told me that it was not under recall and since then they’ve been very patient with me because I I haven’t been able to get it I live alone I don’t have any immediate family so I guess I have to Uber up there or something I don’t know but they’ve been patient with easement the bottom line I am I just wish they fix it but obviously they can’t if it’s not under warranty or recall so I don’t know what the xxxx I’m gonna do but thanks for reading thisweird like that but I think somebody should fix it because I don’t know or at least her back to me for free More

First impressions work on recalls was done well although 2 were software and 1 was a minimal hardware change out. Vehicle was completed on time my only complaint would be they had the vehicle at 7am and I d 2 were software and 1 was a minimal hardware change out. Vehicle was completed on time my only complaint would be they had the vehicle at 7am and I did not hear anything till after 3pm about the vehicles status. I called at 1:30 asking for an update but did not hear anything till it was ready to be picked. No big deal but when trying to plan daily events it would be nice to get updates as the day goes on as I was starting to worry I would not be getting the vehicle back that day as agreed upon. More
