We were received and treated like royalty. The vehicle drop off was quick, and in just a few minutes we were driving out on a loaner vehicle. Staff greeted me like I owned the place. Overall great experience. Salesman was professional and knowledgeable. They worked with me about financing the truck. The salesman went through the truck describing all of the functions of the radio, sea knowledgeable. They worked with me about financing the truck. I would say compared to other cars I have bought at other dealerships, my improvements would be 2. One, once I purchased the truck, I drove it off the lot and realized it only had a half a tank of gas in it. I figured that if I buy a truck from a dealership, they should send me out with a full tank of gas. Second is, while waiting around in the dealership , signing papers, waiting on numbers to be run etc, someone should offer the client water, coffee etc. Those would be my suggestions for improvements. More
