My original post was excellent review, however since then I have had the worst experience and given the run around now when calling the dealership to get my paperwork to pay my taxes and file for my registration. I was told the documents would be here in ten days and the missing key would be shipped to me within two days. It has been 21 days now and when I call I keep getting told they will look into it and call me back. No call backs yet except when they thought I wanted to purchase a vehicle. Very disappointed and will not purchase another vehicle from this business or recommend them to anyone. I guess I will drive to the dealership which is a long drive from Illinois to get answers. I would rate the experience when buying a car a 10 but service after a 0. More
