Overall great experience. Salesman was professional and knowledgeable. They worked with me about financing the truck. The salesman went through the truck describing all of the functions of the radio, sea knowledgeable. They worked with me about financing the truck. I would say compared to other cars I have bought at other dealerships, my improvements would be 2. One, once I purchased the truck, I drove it off the lot and realized it only had a half a tank of gas in it. I figured that if I buy a truck from a dealership, they should send me out with a full tank of gas. Second is, while waiting around in the dealership , signing papers, waiting on numbers to be run etc, someone should offer the client water, coffee etc. Those would be my suggestions for improvements. First off, I HIGHLY suggest this dealership. Secondly, go see Patrick Pyles! I told him what I wanted, he tried but wasn’t able to do it bcuz of financing(xxxx finance companies!) . That’s when Jenni from f see Patrick Pyles! I told him what I wanted, he tried but wasn’t able to do it bcuz of financing(xxxx finance companies!) . That’s when Jenni from finance stepped in, she suggested purchasing a NEW truck, not used. Between her & Patrick, they found a Ram 1500 that fit my needs/wants & crutched the numbers to get the payment I wanted! I also would like that thank the sales manager(can’t remember his name-oops sorry, I’m bad with names) who always did his job in a professional manner. The whole staff interacted with my 9 year old daughter, made her laugh & entertained her while we closed the deal. I will go back to David Taylor Ellisville for any vehicle I purchase. And as the deal was getting signed the guys in the detail shop took care of the truck & cleaned every square inch.
