Terrible communication by the service advisor. I am a female, who does have knowledge of vehicles, and the service advisor talked to me like a I was a child. My husband, who is a mechanic, told hi I am a female, who does have knowledge of vehicles, and the service advisor talked to me like a I was a child. My husband, who is a mechanic, told him everything he wanted done to the vehicle, which was an oil change-or any maintenance for that matter, new tires, and for the recalls to be done. The service advisor did not recommend maintenance or fluid changes on my vehicle because of the low mileage, even though it had 6 year old oil in the car. We wanted new tires on the vehicle due to flat spots, even though the tires were brand new. He told me there was nothing wrong with them. After talking to my husband, he was going to have the oil changed and new tires ordered and mounted. (This was Tuesday) He did not ever call us back besides one time after we left MULTIPLE messages. On our way to pick up the vehicle, (on Friday) because he never got back with us, he finally called. Told us they received the wrong tires but would get the new ones in today. We just wanted the vehicle. We were doing all of this due to my father passing, which he knew about. We were wanting to drive the car during the precession in honor of him. They got none of the things we wanted done besides the recall. We would have been way more understanding of things if he would have just called us on Thursday, and let us know the wrong tires were delivered. We aren't ignorant to the current world. Mistakes are made and all he had to have done was called us and said it would get done on Friday by whatever time. Communication is important when dealing with customers and of all the places to lack in that, a dealership is not one that would be acceptable by anyone, raise your standards. I will never come back. I feel bad for the mechanics that lose money due to poor work on the upper end. More

The dealership remains clean and orderly. After arriving for our scheduled appointment, our service advisor promptly and courteously checked us in. Though having four tires took a bit longer than expected (2 hours), the technician also performed a quick vehicle check, which would account for additional time. The job was performed very well.
