Make updates to the waiting room. Do not require me to check in on Facebook to use your internet. Staff more than one quick service techs so that those with appointments do not have to wait 40 minutes for check in on Facebook to use your internet. Staff more than one quick service techs so that those with appointments do not have to wait 40 minutes for them to even pull the car in to start a 30 min service. It was communicated to me when I checked in that because I had Jeep wave, there would be no charge for services but at the end they tried to charge me full price. I pointed out the Jeep wave on the statement and he then had to go re-run the invoice requiring me to wait even longer. Very frustrating and this does not aid in improving the already poor reputation in the community. I have vowed in the past that I will not go to this dealer and After giving it another chance, I will take make services elsewhere. More

Actually not happy at all...the same things are coming up again that they said that we’re fixed. The squeaky window and the rubbing sounds around my tires. Went in for a synthetic oil change and rotation. i was not happy when i picked up my vehicle because the air pressure was wrong. i don't mind paying for service but i expect it to be done professionally s not happy when i picked up my vehicle because the air pressure was wrong. i don't mind paying for service but i expect it to be done professionally since i am at a dealership. i could go to a jiffy lube and get that kind of service. the air pressure was to be at 35 front and rear. the air pressure was 38 left front, 39 right front, 41 right rear and 40 left rear. Instead of going back to complain and wait another few minutes i corrected the air pressure on my own. i have had the same work done at the dealership i bought it from and the work was always done right the first time More
