We had a couple minor things going on with our Pacifica. Nothing big. We brought it in because the check engine light went on, but while we had it at the shop, we thought we would have them check a few thin Nothing big. Sometimes it would struggle a little to start, the info screen went out, and there was a strange little clunk under the passenger’s feet. We were changed $169 FOR EACH LITTLE THING… for a total of $676 in diagnostic fees!!! In the end, they replaced the battery (reason for most of the issues) and an evaporation valve. What should have been well under $500, cost us $1200!! And they never even “diagnosed” the clunking under the passenger’s feet even though they changed us $169 to diagnose it! I will never go back to David Taylor again and I plan to tell everyone about their outrageous diagnostic fees! More
