Great dealership, friendly people. It was a really nice experience. If I had any complaint it would be that when I got the truck home I noticed a little paint missing on the passenger side door. My husband and I first went to Fletcher Jones to see a 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe we had seen online. Tony Gatto was our sales man and we bought the Santa Fe with wonderful help from him and the Finance dept. 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe we had seen online. We spoke to Sam and he was great in getting us all set up. We took the Highlander in and knew the amount of work that was going to need to be done but Sam called and informed us of every step plus cost. No sticker shock for this and a bonus was given in a discount! We loved our entire experience with Fletcher Jones and will continue to use them for both our vehicles. First things first, this is our second toyota Prius, great car. First I want to say my experiance was excellant, getting a new car was never this easy, the salesPerson that I was dealing with was excell great car. First I want to say my experiance was excellant, getting a new car was never this easy, the salesPerson that I was dealing with was excellent and a great person no sales pitch he gave me the facts and let me decide on my own, after I decided to buy the vehicle, he took over and mae everything so smooth it was hard to believe, He told me about the toyota service agreement and carried me over to the service writer to get the 5000k service set up, he also introduced me to the parts people at the counter, and also the Sale Manger, He also explaned all the new stuff I needed to know about the new Prius and helped move all the stuff from one vehicle to the new car. And I was on the Road, and I need to add, when we pulled into our garage after leaving the dealership we got out of the car and heard air coming from the front tire it was going flat, I called walter and told him what was going on and he handled it great. we called roadside servie and it was changed, the next morning Walter met me at the dearlership and Handled the whole thing. I Applaud the way he handled the problem and put me at ease with no problems at all. I want to THANK Walter Adams and Fletcher Toyota for another Great experiance.
