No one smiled at me but my dealer. I got no warm welcoming feeling after spending 28000 on my 4Runner and trading in our car we've had for 6 years. The sale was hasty and left me with many questions. Marc did remedy some of my concerns and stayed in contact woth me through the whole process. I just couldn't be sure everything was factual. Like the brakes, I was told that the brakes were replaced but after I got the 4Runner my brakes were squeaking so I took em to service and they replaced the back brakes and told me they wernt new. I also had a question about why the service wasn't showing on the Carfax I requested. All in all I'm so happy that I have my 4Runner, I am just not looking forward to coming back into the dealership unless it's for merch. More

We were advised that Rockledge Security system was included in price of vehicle but there is a charge of $359 on purchase sheet. Also no documentation, information or explanation how system works. 3. No disclosure on specifics of the documentary and administrative fees if $499, which is on the higher end of reported fees found on similar vehicle. More
Very upsetting experience. After a long drawn out process to get the vehicle it was supposed to be certified by the dealer and it had a chipped front windshield. I called to ask to have it replaced by them and they stated they couldnt do it. So who do you sell a car that is certified with a broken windshield. Let’s not even talk about a far worse car they had tried to sell to be that was also certified but it had suspension, paint, body and mechanical issues that even they acknowledged were not acceptable. Needless to say don’t come here. The cars are not up to par and the people / workers and worse. The only person in the building worth your time is Sales Advisor Shay. He is the only person I would recommend. More
