The process of scheduling my vehicle in for an oil change, tire rotation and wiper blades was easy. I requested a call with a quote which I received. Check in at the dealership was also very professional. Kiela Abbott was my service advisor and she did a great job. I waited for my service which was ready in less than an hour. The entire process exceeded my expectations and they earned my business. There is only one issue that I did not appreciate. The dealership adds charges to your service ticket that include filing fees, some type of parts department fee, shop supplies of course. These surprise charges added more than $30 to my basic maintenance service. (Not quoted). Just be aware. More

I generally have a good experience with this dealerships service center, but this last time I went in for a recall repair and oil change, and services were performed that I did agree to ahead of time. I was charged for a tire rotation that was never requested or consented to ahead of it being completed. This charge was a surprise at the time of payment and signing off paperwork. More
