Dawnette was absolutely great! Got my truck in and out in great time. Unfortunately, wasn't able to have my recalls corrected as scheduled, so opted for an oil change. Wish someone would read my customer scheduling comment stating the visit is for recalls, so they would call me and say, we don't have these parts and reschedule. So, instead for time management purposes got my oil change and was told I would be notified in a few months to get my recalls completed. Great little customer waiting area, clean and provided refreshments and some goodies while waiting (good touch). BUT, wish they would bring back the car wash after service or new purchase they had prior to 2020 COVID outbreak. Now that was "above and beyond." We shouldn't call good customer service, "the good ole days." My vehicle bought there has been exceptional. Other than Dawn in Service Reception Area who is great, everything else experienced is mediocre. More

Was treated courteously and with respect in my first visit for service. Was informed of the cost of the repairs before worked commenced and my service advisor reached out to my extended warranty compan visit for service.
