Had a 10:50 AM. Arrived at dealer at 10:45 AM and checked in for needed service and checks. I noticed after an hour my truck still was not moved into bays. It was about 20 minutes more before it went in. I then waited another hour for an oil change and battery check to be complete. When I booked appointment young lady told me day before whole event would be less than 45 minutes. Why have appointments if they mean nothing. I did appreciate Mike in trying to help me. More
