This was our 2nd time buying from Davis Jeep. I requested more info on a vehicle I saw online afterhours and had trade in question. Kale was super helpful and having a kiddo around the same age as ours, he really understood what we needed and what would fit our family. Worked out some numbers with James and we really felt at ease with him. The trade in value for our wrangler was very fair. We walked away beyond happy with our purchase and experience once again at Davis. They really made our 45minute commute in the rain worth it! We will definitely be back for round 3 😁 More

Susan has been in and out of the hospital in the last year. Seems like everytime we scheduled an appointment she would end up in the hospital. So a few weeks ago we finally had a chance to call and make year. Seems like everytime we scheduled an appointment she would end up in the hospital. So a few weeks ago we finally had a chance to call and make an appointment, while I was on the phone the worker said let me check and make sure all the parts are here.She came back a few minutes later and said yep good to go,parts are all here.Day of the appointment comes we show up and they begin work,some time later they come to us with,I'm sorry we dont have all the parts we'd like to take you home and the rest of the parts will be here later this after noon.we will come pick you up tomorrow. When I dropped the car off I had explained that there was a message that the fob batteries were low could you fix that.yep we'll take car of that. Wasn't done.Oil was changed but no sticker on the windshield to let us know when the next service was due.front left plug fell out and when it did we ran over it and and it broke some of the plastic on the underside of the car.they were supposed to fix that, nope didn't get done.We originally took the car in for a rattle on the front left side,they said struts.changed them rattle is still there.I called a couple of days after the appointment to ask how come all the work wasn't completed and her reply was they must have forgotten the batteries and she didn't know about the pieces underneath but she would check the prior work orders and get back to us.from what I understand the original warranty runs out around the 17th of May.So my question is, is anything going to be done about these problems? We never received a reply from Davis,what kind of service is that? More
