The employees at this dealership are very kind. That’s not what my problem with this dealership is and it may be all dealerships to be honest, But that’s neither here nor there. I came in for a fou That’s not what my problem with this dealership is and it may be all dealerships to be honest, But that’s neither here nor there. I came in for a four-wheel-drive issue on my jeep and instead of getting to the bottom of the problem they came back and told me that the whole system needed to be replaced and quoted me $4500. I took the car to my mechanic out and said that is complete nonsense. They were just trying to pull one over on you by replacing the entire system. They don’t know what they’re talking about. The dealership is fine if you’re under warranty or if you’re getting diagnostics done, but if it’s not one of those two things, for the love of God, find a good mechanic elsewhere. More

I called ahead appx 1055am and asked if there was an opening for oil change service and if so, could they guarantee that I'd be out no later than noon. She said yes, as long as I was there by appx 1115. opening for oil change service and if so, could they guarantee that I'd be out no later than noon. She said yes, as long as I was there by appx 1115. I arrived at 1118, she checked me in and later the car pulled up done at 1158/59. She finished the bill & payment with me by 1202 so considered that to be near perfect and as promised. Thanks! More
