Husband took Jeep in for oil change. Afterwards, he drove home and when he pulled in garage he saw oil spilling out from underneath the car. He tried to drive it back to dealership bu Afterwards, he drove home and when he pulled in garage he saw oil spilling out from underneath the car. He tried to drive it back to dealership but vehicle said low engine oil and do not drive. He had to pull over and get help. The dealership came and put oil in the car and drove it back to dealership and fixed the issue. The people were nice but the direct service to the vehicle was the issue. Hopefully, that is the end of it More

They are terrible at communication, worse at a solution, and seemingly don't care. We love our vehicle, enjoyed the sales process, but due to the service experience we would not buy a vehicle here again, un and seemingly don't care.
