I did not drive off the lot excited about my equity trade-in vehicle or happy with my experience (things said, but not followed through with). I traded my 2019 Cx5 Mazda for a 2022 model. I expected t trade-in vehicle or happy with my experience (things said, but not followed through with). I traded my 2019 Cx5 Mazda for a 2022 model. I expected the ‘22 would have the same features as the ‘19, and the cost to trade would include a few extras I wanted (memory seat settings, nicer seats, lower mileage). I had just replaced the lens kit in my ‘19 literally the week before to upgrade navigation and radio issues. So I asked if everything was good with the lens kit in the ‘22 and was told absolutely. Ultimately, I purchased the ‘22. But the kicker when I got home , I pushed the navigation button and got a message that the car was equipped for it , but to contact dealership for an SD card. I was never told there was no navigation. None of the features were gone over with me. My #1 reason for buying the ‘19 was the for the navigation, and I expected it would be in the ’22. If I had known it wasn’t included, it would have been an absolute deal breaker. I have been so unhappy about the whole experience that I end up venting and sharing my disappointment with everyone. (Instead of excitement about my “new” car.) And I have no desire to go back to the dealership if at all possible. More

everything went fine. all staff was friendly and helpful. Tyson Adams was awesome as usual, i would give him higher rating if that was possible.
