She was trying to charge me almost $500 to get an oil change (which was covered by my extended warranty so it should have been $0), tire rotation, and a dead battery which I had warranty for because I purchased it a year ago from this dealership. All her transactions need to be audited! I’m reporting this, these are unethical business practices! Thank goodness Brad took over and I was able to get in and out of there without further issues. I’m very disappointed with my recent visit. My vehicle is still under warranty, and my power liftgate consistently stops halfway when opening. The service manager first told me it was a common issue and should be covered by warranty, but later they couldn’t find the cause and suddenly blamed a bumper impact from two years ago. The liftgate issue only started this month and has nothing to do with the old bumper damage. They asked me to pay a diagnosis fee without giving any technical explanation, and they could not tell me how the bumper would affect the liftgate or why the liftgate still opens and closes normally but stops halfway. The only answer I got was ‘it’s weird, we don’t know.’ I left without any solution, and it felt like they were avoiding warranty responsibility instead of helping me fix the problem. More
