first problem, was the finance manager, he failed to provide me with a copy of all the documentation. I found out 2 days later that he was supposed to provide me with a thumb drive with this data. In th provide me with a copy of all the documentation. I found out 2 days later that he was supposed to provide me with a thumb drive with this data. In these documents were 2 contracts for extended warranty and service totaling $6645.14 tax included, that was not fully explained. I found this when I received the documents via email 11 days after the purchase. During this time I continually contacted the salesman and sales manager and was assured they would be overnighted to me. Salesman failed to follow up on numerous occasions. This is my second purchase from Davis. Unfortunately, it will be my last. There seems to be no middle ground between the excellent service I received with the first purchase I made with Davis and the very poor service I received this time. Overpromise and underdeliver seems to be the name of the game here. More

Joe D at Gainesville Nissan was great to work with, being an out of Gainesville resident. He was responsive and provided all requirements electronically.
