Two hours for a scheduled 8:30 a. m. weekday oil change was excessive. Quoted me double the price for the oil change ("about $200," when actual price was $94 including tax and fees). Adviser also recommended an extra service that I literally had already completed at my last oil change a few months earlier at this same dealership, which he confirmed when he I mentioned this. Definitely got the ick they were pushing to upsell. I've had better experiences here in the past, so maybe this was an exceptionally bad day for them? More

My sales person was Maddie. I cannot say enough of great things about her. She was the best sales person I ever met. I have purchased at least 4 times . She picked out the car I cannot say enough of great things about her. She was the best sales person I ever met. I have purchased at least 4 times . She picked out the car just by having talked with me over the phone. She worked out many obstacles. I have some disabilities which she had those in the works also. She was so great. If there should come a need for another car I sure hope she will be there. I have talked with friends about her being a great sales person like no other. She also called on Mathew to assist and he was awesome also. I can’t say enough about these two. They are knowledgeable and just as kind. More
