I had a bad experience with my last 'oil change'. I had a 930 appointment and another committment at 11am. I arrived early at 910 because I also needed to replace my battery. I asked if this would be a problem because I had a hard stop at 1050 in order to make my appointment. I was assured it shouldn't take more than an hour or an hour an 15 minutes....I didn't get out of the dealership until 1125, missed my appointment and was really inconveinenced. I would have rather rescheduled and I said this when I arrived.... More

I’ve had a few issues with the traverse and it’s practically new. Having spend time in the shop is frustrating and they do try to get me in and out but the time still adds up to at least a couple ho practically new.
