I had a bad experience with my last 'oil change'. I had a 930 appointment and another committment at 11am. I arrived early at 910 because I also needed to replace my battery. I’ve had a few issues with the traverse and it’s practically new. Having spend time in the shop is frustrating and they do try to get me in and out but the time still adds up to at least a couple ho practically new.
