Tried to have my vehicle serviced under warranty and for a recall but Davis Mazda had to reschedule my appointment three times due to lack qualified technicians who can perform the task. They also could not fix one of my warranty issues and I was told Mazda is aware of the problem but the Dealer did not have a fix. . Finally, I reported another unrelated warranty issue they could not duplicate, but I still experienced the same problem the next day. Not a good experience overall but they/Mazda did provide a loaner car.. More

I brought a vehicle from this dealership and they were nice intill I called them 2 weeks later to inform them that the vehicle had 2 bead car batteries. Now it wouldn’t been a problem to replace the regul nice intill I called them 2 weeks later to inform them that the vehicle had 2 bead car batteries. Now it wouldn’t been a problem to replace the regular car battery but when I found out that BMW quote was $1575, for the 2 batteries I almost passed out. I reached out to the dealership and my sales wasn’t there I left a message for him asking for him to call back and the reason why. Still no call back from Matt after 2 more days. I called them back again and asked if they then there were 2 dead batteries in this vehicle. Of course they didn’t it passed the pre inspection and it crunk up when I test drive it etc. well I learned from BMW that after 5 years it’s recommended that you change your battery in the car. Well mine was 6 year old and the reading on the battery I had were at 4 volts. The vehicle had started revving up by itself due to the default of the batteries. I mean revving up high as if I was smashing the gas hard. It was due to the computer system misreading due to the dead battery. BMW said they there seen nothing like it before. I asked my sales rep at Davis if they would be able to help me out and there response was “ we checked it upon delivery and it’s just one of them unusually situation and there was nothing they can do” I thought this was a good dealer ship that stood by principles. They charge these dealer fees for all this money and refused to even bother to help a customer who brings them over $30,000 and has no type of assistance but charge these dealer fees. This just makes look like a buy here pay here lot. More
