everything went fine. all staff was friendly and helpful. Tyson Adams was awesome as usual, i would give him higher rating if that was possible. The staff at Davis is very customer friendly and really helpful. I was impressed from the first phone conversation. I felt that the original service writer tried to swindle me out of more money. He was very unconcerned and unwilling to resolve the issue that the service department created. I kniw my vehicle and it was li me out of more money. He was very unconcerned and unwilling to resolve the issue that the service department created. I kniw my vehicle and it was like that before I brought it there for an oil change. Ultimately the service manager took over with much professionalism and handled the issue. Took ownership of the previous sloppy work and made things right! More
