Definitely got the ick they were pushing to upsell. I've had better experiences here in the past, so maybe this was an exceptionally bad day for them? More

This is the WORST service ever! This was my car’s problem and Tyson said they cannot fix it without a full inspection ($189+tax)! Then he said the part will arrive in two days, which didn’t. I said fine. He scheduled another appointment and I asked a ride, he said the driver will be here at 11am. I arranged all my daily schedule accordingly, now he says I have to wait 45mins! He says my insurance does not cover a rental and he is not paying for rideshare. And now I realised he is charging me extra for the installation of the part ($215). I aleady paid $500 for the part and inspection, and the breakdown was saying labor & parts. Now he is saying it is the labor of inspection (of course he didn’t inform me about this). This place sucks. No customer satisfaction, nothing!
