I’ve had a few issues with the traverse and it’s practically new. Having spend time in the shop is frustrating and they do try to get me in and out but the time still adds up to at least a couple ho practically new. Josh was relatively nice but I was given false information when getting my car serviced- just an oil change & tire rotation. I was told all of my tires were at a tread of 5/32 or above. Upon driving my car from the parking space it was left in to the front of the lot I got a nail in my driver side rear tire. Josh offered to pay for the plug, which was nice, but I told him I would cover it. I brought it to Mavis tires and they told me I'd need a new tire, that my tread was at 4/32 and it was too low to patch. I knew that couldn't be correct, I JUST had it at Mazda that morning so I went to Pepboys for a second opinion. They told me that my tread was at 3/32 and would need it replaced. Why was I given false information at my service appointment? I literally just bought this car from the st. Augustine dealership at the end of April. Needless to say, I will NOT be returning and I will not recommend your location to anyone. I would rather drive 2 hours completely out of my way to st. Augustine than drive 30 minutes to your location in Gainesville. Very unfortunate experience. More
