Took my 1 ton diesel in for 3 distinct issues - engine shake/hesitation after a new chip was installed, malfunctioning door locks, and malfunctioning tow cameras. I was told that the engine shake was was shake/hesitation after a new chip was installed, malfunctioning door locks, and malfunctioning tow cameras. I was told that the engine shake was was tires/rotors. They were unable to diagnose or fix the two electrical issues. And shock of shocks, the engine hesitation/shake is still there despite the new tires and rotors. One star since the service manager removed the charges for the diagnostic time. Take your truck elsewhere if you need anything beyond basic service. More
