If Sharon can’t control her emotions she shouldn’t be working a customer service job! She was rude, yelling at me, and speaking over me! I’ve been coming here 5 years NEVER had this problem before! She w working a customer service job! She was rude, yelling at me, and speaking over me! I’ve been coming here 5 years NEVER had this problem before! She was trying to charge me almost $500 to get an oil change (which was covered by my extended warranty so it should have been $0), tire rotation, and a dead battery which I had warranty for because I purchased it a year ago from this dealership. All her transactions need to be audited! I’m reporting this, these are unethical business practices! Thank goodness Brad took over and I was able to get in and out of there without further issues.
