Very pleasant, personable dealership. All employees are extremely helpful! There were a lot of vehicles with various options to choose from. This is my 3rd car buying expeirence to date and by far my best experience. I work in sales myself so I tend to not have the patience for any of the run around some companies and dealers give you. My entire sale process form beginning to end was as smooth and as quick as I could ask for. The Sales manager Janelle who I began with over the phone was as nice as can be answered all my questions and was true to her word when I arrived at the dealership. They were able to beat any other price I was quoted on a brand new fully loaded 2008 Accord Coupe EX-L V6. When I got to the dealership there was no hidden fees and no surprises. Everything was as she promised. The salesman I dealt with Jay was very nice and was able to move me through the process quickly like I wanted. Was able to take the car for a quick test drive and everything was just like I had asked for. Even the final process of dealing with the finance manager Bernadette was great. Just as a nice as everyone else and she moved me through the process quickly as well as setting me up with an 7yr bumper to bumper warranty for a price that could not be met by any other dealer. Finally I recieved a nice follow up phone call asking if I had any issues and how the car was the following day by Jay which is a real nice touch in my opinion coming from a sales background. It's rare to find such a great follow through in sales and when you do it's somebody you always want to deal with again. I'd recommend Willis to anybody in the Tri-State area. More

Truly a great car buying experience. This is my 5th new car in a row and this was by far the best car purchase. They stood to their word that they would beat the lowest price I had by $200 and had the car car in a row and this was by far the best car purchase. Took 2 hours to explain the car features even after dealership closed. Never seen such amazing people at a car dealership before. I got the best and the lowest deal ever seen online on 2008 Honda Pilot EX 4WD for $24,416 (includes dest charges). The VW Jetta they sold me had a service engine problem within 10 days of purchasing the car. Their 30 day warranty does not cover the Coil issue . I have to pay half the cost and the sales dep is willing within 10 days of purchasing the car. Their 30 day warranty does not cover the Coil issue .
