My daughter locked her keys in her car 40 minutes from the dealership and 15 minutes to closing time. He always finds me and describes in my terms what the problem is. He will also advise me if the problem can wait until the next visit. I was looking for a Jeep Wrangler and stopped by Davis Moore Jeep on Kellogg to see what was available. I was fortunate enough to have Robert Hays as my sales person. He went above and beyond what was expected and yet I never felt pressured to make a purchase. He showed me several different jeeps and explained the various options and encouraged me to test drive as many as I felt I wanted to. It was a friendly and fun experience thanks to Robert, his manager, Jordan, the finance department (and I cannot forget to thank the guys in the service department who changed my tires and wheels more than once before I finally made my decision and to Morgan who removed the factory supplied decal from the hood of my Jeep) The changes I wanted were offered to me without me asking and because of that, I now own one of the most perfect Jeep Wranglers in Wichita! The service I received was excellent, but what made it exceptional was the way I was treated by everyone I came into contact with. We recently purchased a 2012 Jeep Grande Cherokee. We were very surprised to notice a leak from under the hood. I called Tim and was able to take the car in to be serviced the next day.
