I recently had to take my Jeep to Dayton due to soft top issues. I had taken it to a few other places to get the situation resolved but to no avail. I met with Phil, the Parts Manager. Not only was he able to open my top and figure out the issue but was able to locate the parts I needed quickly, get them ordered and assured me they would be to the shop in a day, a couple at the most, that he would call when they were in and he would personally handle putting them on for me! Not only did all of that happen, but he exhibited complete professionalism and empathy toward my situation as I was somewhat frustrated with not being able to get the top addressed until I took it to him. GREAT customer service from him! I would HIGHLY recommend taking your vehicle to him! I will be going back to him for my future Jeep needs. More

Great dealer, especially the internet dept thanks to Tonya and James Webb. I drove over 2 and a half hours to the dealer with a deal worked out over the phone before hand, hassle free getting me beyond Tonya and James Webb. Car was ready for pick up when I got there. Finance dept also went above and beyond by getting me the APR % I wanted also hassle and pressure free thanks to Gary. My CHRYSLER TOWN & COUNTRY had a bad transmission at 105K miles. Took it in under extended warranty. Warranty covered it all. New transmission and 100.00 deductible. The best part was the service advisor Conner Ker took charge right from the start and got the ball rolling right away, filed papers, got adjuster out and got it approved. Broke some bolts installing a trailer hitch. They were Chrysler bolts (?) This dealer ordered (7) of them and I paid extra $30 for overnight shipping. This dealer charged 11.42 per bolt. They wouldn’t tell me the part # before hand but I find them online ( original Chrysler part) for $4.05 per bolt. So for 7 bolts I paid over $98 including tax and shipping.I understand a reasonable dealer markup. But that is a bit steep. More

I started taking my Promaster there for routine service in 2018 because they are the closest dealer and because I figured a dealer would be best to handle any problems or routine service. I have always been treated like I am doing them a favor coming there. After retiring from many years in customer service I do know what great customer service is and they aren't. I recently queried about new shocks and no one ever got back to me so I had the work doe elsewhere. Recently I needed 4 new tires so I queried them again and no one got back to me. I just bought them elsewhere. I even played their silly game the last 4 years and gave them 5 stars "because it is how they are personally rated" and I didn't feel they deserved. Enough said, I will not be going back and have found a responsive, friendly and fairly priced service team to work with. I hope you have better luck with Dayton Andrews. More
