Crooks I went in as a novice and financed a car, while laying down a 4,000 down payment. I was like a lamb being led to the slaughter. I ended up being swind I went in as a novice and financed a car, while laying down a 4,000 down payment. I was like a lamb being led to the slaughter. I ended up being swindled into an extended warranty for 4,000. It was added to the deal without my acknowledgement. I later found out about the warranty a month later From the financing bank. To keep it short, I nearly had to strangle Jimmy (the finance guy) to get my money back for the warranty, which took four months! A few months later, I brought the car to the service department to get a brake light replaced and have a dashboard indicator looked at. Luckily, I advised them to notify me of the cost before doing any work. Five hours later, I was notified that with labor and assembly, it was going to cost $520 just to replace the brake light alone. Needless to say, I declined that mauling and got out of there. They're crooks, stay away! More

By the way the friendly people here in sales contrasted greatly with the previous dealer I shopped at in Hillsborough County who acted like we were a burden. More

When i took the tire off the brake pads were more than %75 left i don’t how they measure those 2 mm from new pads or dow to the metal 2 mm So don’t ever go to the dealer if it is not recall or you have warranty My service advisor was Joe More
