From the moment I stepped on the lot, it became clear that my salesman, Craig Crisco, was sincerely interested in helping me decide on what I wanted, and even more importantly, committed to making sure I was going to be happy with the deal all the way around. This guy was never pushy or aggressive, instead, he painstakingly went over all the pluses and minuses just to make sure I got what I wanted. Matter of fact, I was the one wanting to jump into a deal, but he was the one making sure all the "extras" were in place before I did. I told my friends about Craig and my Chrysler 300, and I'm sure they'll be going down to see him when they're ready to buy a car. Really impressive, very helpful, and a gentleman the entire time. We asking where the paper title is they're saying we never paid for one which we are never asked about it and now they want more 💰 for a title they don't care about the customer after the point of sale. We had the impression that they were trying to wear us out and that only our persistence allowed us to get a satisfactory deal in the end when everyone was getting too tired to continue.
