Traded in a 2015 RAV 4 LE for a 2018 RAV 4 XLE. Beth was very friendly and knowledgeable. When we found a dirty rear seat in the test ride vehicle, she went back to the office, got the key to anothe Beth was very friendly and knowledgeable. 15000 mile service call Everything happened as planned and all issues were resolved. Only one item was not resolved and that was the owners manual. Vehicle was purchased at Sun Toyota in FL and was advised to get it corrected with them. Also, platinum wheels are plated just touching a curb causes the rim to flake, looks terrible, too cheap of construction for paying a stiff price for this Highlander. Take this as a complaint to Toyota. This dealership is getting better on every visit. Thank you for listening to me More
